Mistakes
Making mistakes means you're doing something.
If you're attempting to change the way you eat and you make mistakes, then you are doing it correctly.
If you are falling flat on your face, you're actually doing it right!
What?!
Yes, when you are trying every day, you will find yourself making mistakes and failing.
The difference between someone successful and someone who quits is they keep showing up.
Making mistakes is part of the learning process.
If you aren't making mistakes, you're sitting on the sidelines.
You're doing nothing.
Be a real woman and use these moments of mistakes to find out what went wrong and find some compassion for yourself.
Be proud of yourself that you're doing something to move toward your goal rather than giving up living in "perfection".
Perfectionists usually are not high achievers because they are too scared to make mistakes.
You can be a perfectionist and not make mistakes. But in five years you won't be anywhere different. You'll be exactly where you are today.
What are you going to do?
Will you go ahead and make those mistakes and keep waking up every morning trying again so that in five years, you're at your goal weight?
Or are you going to feel like crap about making a mistake, beat yourself up, and go back and sit on the sidelines?
