The Diet/Weight Spin

Spinning in despair over food and weight is a safe obsession to have.

Many, many, many people struggle with food making it an acceptable topic to talk about and a "normal" struggle to have.

If you bring up food, or weight problems no one will blink an eye.

It is socially acceptable and normal.

This is a problem!

Do you want to know what food issues really are?

A safe distraction to obsess about!

I love to ask clients what would we be talking about if you were effortlessly thin and healthy?

I can guarantee you it will be some tough emotional crap!

If a client is only paranoid about what exactly to eat I know she is running from something.

Let me ask you something.

Does food matter?

NO!!!

WHO CARES!!!

What matters is you!

After you clean up your obsession with weight and food and bravely peek into what is really wrong, then we can get scientific and try out food plans that you have created.

Not someone else's idea of what you should eat!

YOU!

There are two things to look at when you want to lose weight and elimate food to heal food sensitivities.

Math and Drama.

The math is looking at the exact food you eat and what result you are getting from it (weight/health), and the rest of it is the drama.

If you aren't willing to look at your brain drama first, you cannot do the math of what to eat.

Now, stop obsessing and be brave enough to face your pain.
