When you’ve fallen off the wagon...
So, you've fallen off the wagon!
You're lost in the weeds and are not taking action towards your goal.
Now what?
Throw in the towel?
Begin the cycle of despair?
Check out and go unconscious?
Tell yourself it's just not worth it and convince yourself it doesn't matter anyway?
Or...
How about just becoming curious?
Stop all judgments.
Just STOP!
Judging yourself is the worst thing you can do because it only creates despair.
The emotion of despair does not provide the energy you need to change your habits for the rest of your life!
Do you know what does?
Self-love.
Drop into curiosity and self-love my friends.
In these emotions, there is no judging, only a sense of growth.
You can move mountains and grow beyond your biggest dreams and goals.
You can figure out what went wrong or what caused you to fall off the wagon in the first place.
When you can show yourself your thought patterns without the repercussion of beating yourself upside your head, you will make massive strides forward. You will not find this information in self-judgment, only in self-love, compassion, and curiosity.
Finding the thought patterns that are keeping you stuck is gold.
If you know what they are now, you can watch for them and hack them in the future.
Remember, they will never surface to the conscious awareness if you are always in a state of self-judgment.
So, when you fall off the wagon, use this as a time to practice self-love and compassion.
The less time you spend in self-judgment, the faster you will be back on the wagon, reaching for your goals, and staying there forever!
