I am impressed how Elizabeth could make me feel so comfortable talking about every topic that came up. She really has a gift for this work! She asks the right questions to make me think and to see things thru a different lens,and helps realize emotions that are stuck! Layers and layers of things I didn't even know were under there have come off! And it's so freeing knowing the uncomfortable I was feeling emotionally is in fact in my power to change! In such a short time my physical problems are much pretty much eliminated now that I have my emotional health on track! I know there is still work to do, but I am not scared of taking that action anymore! Marcie H.
