I can only say that I am so amazed by the results of coaching with Lizzy! It truly has been an eye opener for me... that change is possible. And to have someone to talk to, and not judge me, but to help me see and change my mindset about things is literally awesome! To experience my true self emerging, has given me a feeling of "coming home". Many people have asked me if I feel like it has been worth the investment and I never hesitate to say, "yes, absolutely!" (tho at the beginning, that was the one thing holding me back).
