Giving up emotional eating once and for all

Have you found yourself emotionally eating, gaining weight, or not able to lose weight during the past few years?

If you have, you are not alone. It’s been a difficult time for everyone, especially moms.

Even though it's been incredibly challenging, don't throw in the towel. You can maintain an inner sense of peace, and lose weight.

I know it seems impossible, but nothing is impossible when you have a solid mindset and routine of self-care.

I too have felt at times like it's been impossible, but when I dive back into my mindset work, I remember the power of a great mindset.

In coaching, I teach you how to embrace all of your emotions with acceptance and compassion, and still stick to a healthy lifestyle.

I will show you how to make the choice to feel and not overeat.

I will show you how to make the choice to move into all of your emotions, both good and bad.

This is easy when the negative emotions aren’t the ones you abhor.

Everyone has emotions they can hardly tolerate. When faced with them, all bets are off when you don’t have the skill set of confidently feeling your emotions.

Getting to know these emotions, and learning to process and feel them is key.

But there also comes a time that you can solve for them too.

Loneliness, hurt, boredom, trapped, unstimulated, lost, feeling useless or insignificant, helpless, out of control, overwhelm, are very common emotions to run and eat from.

One option is to learn to be at peace with them, but sometimes life calls for us to solve them.

Each person has a uniquely individual emotional tolerance and emotional intelligence. This all matters when it comes to feeling and/or solving for them.

Thankfully all of this can be done in a healthy manner with mindset work, emotional education, and practice.
