Welcome to month two!

In this month you will master planning ahead and how to follow through!

This skill set will be a life long skill set that you will use as your body changes throughout your life. I do not teach how and what to eat because you, and only you know what is best for you.

In this month you will master the ability to create the food plan that serves your highest self and follow that plan with self-love.

This month we will cover:

  • How to create a food plan and follow it.

  • Food is neutral

  • Stop using will power

  • How to handle cravings

  • Food sensitivities and gut issues

  • Sneaky thoughts

  • Self-loathing

  • Embracing the suck
