Jealousy

Ahh, don't you hate it when this emotion shows up?

It's not a fun emotion, but it is a completely normal human emotion.

If you find yourself feeling jealous, I want you to re-frame it.

Looking at other people and feeling jealous is silly!

Only look at others to show yourself the potential possibilities.

Switch your jealousy to admiration and appreciation.

Comparing your results to someone else's only creates contempt and jealousy.

You're either better or worse.

Comparing yourself to others is a great way to make yourself feel like crap.

We all do this at one point to gauge where we are landing in society.

Putting yourself above or below others is a normal human tendency; but then again, so is being obese these days!

I don't recommend it.

Just stop.

All of your happiness lies in the process of becoming the fullest version of yourself.

Growth and contribution are really where true fulfillment is at!

When you find yourself comparing yourself to others, take a moment to pause.

Decide to appreciate yourself and find gratitude for showing yourself what possibilities are available!

In this pause, decide to switch your thoughts and feelings of jealousy.

Change your thoughts to see the possibilities in others that are a future potential for you!

We only see in others what we see in ourselves. This is both a negative and a positive thing. If you find yourself judging others, remember that all judgment is self-judgment.

So, if you see success in others, it means you are also capable of achieving!

This switch will bring you into gratitude and appreciation.

There is no need for jealousy!

Just go and get it!

At this moment, permit yourself to reach your goals and dreams.

It's the perfect time to be the best version of yourself, whatever that looks like for you!
